Since becoming a plant based connoisseur I have found ways to incorporate more veggies into my dishes. You don’t have to be a vegan to do this. Now I incorporate butternut squash into my spaghetti sauce for added yummy goodness. I’ve also created crispy barbecue portabella mushroom strips as an appetizer.
