Life is very different for all of us. Essential workers are working overtime and faced with their own health concerns. Many people are working from home, laid off, furloughed, teaching children at home, virtual birthdays, virtual weddings, virtual funerals, the list goes on and on. What can we do to maintain optimism in these uncertain times? Last year I hosted 5 Life 101 classes on a myriad of topics to empower women. This discussion is designed to address our current quarantine situation and offer some tips to emerge filled with purpose.
