Honored

I am honored to have been selected and recognized by the City of Boston Diversity Office for Black Excellence 2020. I was born and raised in Boston, attended a number of Boston Public Schools, worked for the City as a teenager cleaning abandoned fields, attended after school programs at the Aswalos House, and so much more. I love my city because my roots run deep here. Over 25 years ago I founded@risegirlsprogramto teach friendship and raise self-esteem in young girls.
